Founded in 1986, Destination Israel (formerly known as Oranim) has over 27 years of professional experience running programs in Israel. We have organized over 2,000 trips for young adults to experience Israel in the way that they choose: whether it is to volunteer in Israel, hold internships in Israel or learn Hebrew in Israel. Tel Aviv Internship Our largest and most competitive internship program is supported by over 1200 leading companies from all major professional fields. Our Masa 4-5 month Internship Program includes housing, Hebrew Ulpan, Scholarships, overnight trips and more. Be part of a large international community of young adults and college graduates! Fast Track Pro Masa FastTrack is an exclusive 7-9 month job opportunity for college graduates and young professionals with at least 2 years of experience. This elite and competitive programs is designed to allow participants to receive salaried pay. This smaller cohort meets top Israeli and international leaders around Israel. Space is limited. Masa Remote Keep your job and work in the Start Up Nation. Enjoy monthly trips around Israel and volunteer with other Masa Fellows. Your Masa program schedule will be adapted to your home/job time zone to allow a full working day. You will receive a visa that will allow you to work remotely, without obligating you or your employer to pay Israeli taxes.
