The Auberge offers careful and inventive cuisine, although traditional, with excellent Alsatian specialties such as sauerkraut, tarte flambée or fleischschnackas.
Not to mention the steaks, tartares or fillets of sole or salmon or a little nod to the nearby Sundgau, with fried carp. The menu is reworked regularly throughout the year.
Our last little treasures: bites à la Reine with morels or the amourettes (white bull kidneys, sweetbreads).
