I see myself as a cultural mediator, an expert in the field of intercultural relations between my foreign visitors and the Jewish history of Vienna. Together, we experience and understand Jewish Viennese culture through stories about well known Viennese authors, their preferred Coffee- Houses, Jewish inventors and intellectualls from the turn of the last century. I enjoy telling captivating stories and cooking with or for my guests.

Join me in sharing my passion for the eclectic flavors of this once-vibrant cuisine — a blend of Bohemian, Hungarian, Galician and Italian influences. Visit a bourgois appartement from 1908 and uncover the delectable world of Jewish Viennese food. In my workshops, Brunch and Dinner, we use specific recipes from various Jewish cultural backgrounds.
