I am the operation manager of Royal Caribbean Resort. I live in Israel, and keep kosher and shabbos but I go to Belize every now and then and eat at Chabad Friday night but work at the resort most of the time.

Royal Caribbean Resort, Belize is a resort hotel on the island of Ambergris Caye in the Caribbean. The island is situated at the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, just half a mile from the 2nd largest coral reef in the world. This is a family business that has become known for hosting groups because of its unique facilities and great rates. This beachfront resort has a luxurious pool, bar/restaurant overlooking the Caribbean, beach bowling, and a wide range of services.
