Kedainiai town is one of seven towns of Lithuania which has a unique historic heritage – the old town. Kedainiai history starts with the first mentioning of its name in Livonion chronical written by Herman Vartberge in 1372. The Hotel “Grejaus namas”(Gray’s house) is a peaceful oasis in a quiet street of the old town of Kedainiai, and is situated right in the middle of town. Deda
The origin story of the modern Israeli Georgian kitchen Deda has roots in a small village nestled in the Caucasus Mountains of Eastern Europe. The main heroine of the story is a woman named Nelly, who grew up watching her mother create delicious and warm stews, pastries, and meats that to her were the epitome of home. Years later Nelly prepared these same recipes in her own kitchen in Israel for her son Gore. He saw how much joy his mother received from feeding anyone and everyone who would walk through her door.. In 2008 Gore decided to pay homage to his mother and expanded her love of cooking by opening the original Deda, in Central Israel.
Luna
Restauranter and Chef Luna Zreik serves honest and authentic Arab cuisine made by fine Christian women. Every week the women of her community come together and offer up their coveted recipes for her kitchen and customers. This is the secret of Luna’s successful operation, the roots of her community. Luna’s dream restaurant has been a long time coming. She originally went to school for special education but after a decade in the field decided to drastically alter the course of her life and opened a chain of cafes bistros where Luna currently stands today. After she felt she knew everything there was to know about the managerial side of things, Luna manifested her dream restaurant incorporating recipes she had been keeping in her head for years.
Mona
The Mona group is a collective of restaurants and culinary experiences run by Chef Tomer Rosenfeld and headed by their flagship restaurant Mona. Nestled deep within the city of Jerusalem in one of the it’s historic old stone houses, the tastes of home and simplicity are paramount in all the dishes at Mona. However, as Chef Tomer Rosenfeld likes to remind his patrons “simple is never actually simple,” and with a selection of very few ingredients Mona turns out dishes of homemade taste with gourmet color and presentation. The esteemed culinary guru now prepares a buffet of delicious Mediterranean-Persian fusion dishes at his own venture, a high-end Tel Aviv haunt known as Animar. Gam Gam

Our Purpose in Kashrut
Samson Kosher Food Corporation Ltd. has two rabbis on staff, more than you will find in other Czech and Slovak producers. We are proud to be the only processers of kosher meat who, by following strictly observed rules, monitor the sharpness of the knife every six minutes. A team of mashgichim are in charge of overseeing production in our processing plants. All our shochtim and mashgichim are Bney Torah and have studied for many years in the most famous Yeshivas.
