Rosemary Restaurant

Rosemary Restaurant was established in 2014 by Gassan Touma, a local citizen of Nazareth, the City of Annunciation and hometown of young Jesus. Rosemary Restaurant is located at Mary’s well, where it is believed to be the place the angel Gabriel appeared to vergin Mary: “And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.” The restaurant itself was an ancient Hammam. You can still see the old stone reserved in the building which is over 200 years old.

The decor is a mix of vintage and retro design. The oak tables indoors provide a clear view of the fresh veggie baskets on top and the chef working in the kitchen, and that is to show the freshness of the ingredients used coming straight from the market onto a customer’s dish. There is also an outdoor dining amid the olive trees, alongside Mary’s Well, which offers another taste to the authenticity of the place.

The menu offers a mix of local Nazarene and European cuisine. It has a wide variety of delicious and mouth watering starters and main courses.

Mala Bistro

Mala Bistro, one of the oldest and most prestigious culinary institutions in the Jerusalem area, is located in the heart of the pastoral Ein Kerem neighborhood. The restaurant’s space has been renovated with a strong emphasis on preserving the authenticity of the building, safekeeping the essence of the original architecture. There is a main dining area and a bar level upstairs with a panoramic view of the pastoral Ein Karem neighborhood

The chef has created for you a rich and modern bistro menu that carries the authentic aromas and flavors of Jerusalem, while incorporating local ingredients. For example, you can start with mushroom polenta, artichoke salad or chopped lamb shakshuka. From there you can continue to the mains with an entrecote burger, sweetbread from the Ben Yehuda market, fresh fish, or an original pasta in a variety of rich sauces.

More on the drink section? We have also prepared special and delicious bar dishes and a variety of alcoholic beverages that you can enjoy on our exclusive bar floor, against a backdrop of panoramic views of the beautiful area where the restaurant is located.

Caveau Saint Pierre

In the district of Little Venice in Colmar, the Caveau Saint Pierre is housed in a typical Alsatian half-timbered house from the 16th century on the banks of the Lauch, the river crossing the city.
We will welcome you in this calm, romantic setting in one of the three dining rooms or on the terrace along the Lauch, sheltered from car traffic and the bustle of the city.
The Caveau Saint-Pierre offers a range of traditional catering, based on bourgeois cuisine, local.
From fresh quality products preferably from local producers, the cuisine is homemade, a real artisanal production, taking into account the seasons.

Wistub Brenner

Ideal for a simple tête-à-tête or a convivial meal with family or friends, the restaurant room, with its warm atmosphere and woody decor, offers 30 seats.

When the warm weather returns, the terrace welcomes guests wishing to enjoy their meal in the open air before transforming into a magnificent, comfortable chalet with carpet and heating as the end of the year celebrations approach.

An exotic atmosphere in the heart of Colmar.
