Caveau Saint Pierre

In the district of Little Venice in Colmar, the Caveau Saint Pierre is housed in a typical Alsatian half-timbered house from the 16th century on the banks of the Lauch, the river crossing the city.
We will welcome you in this calm, romantic setting in one of the three dining rooms or on the terrace along the Lauch, sheltered from car traffic and the bustle of the city.
The Caveau Saint-Pierre offers a range of traditional catering, based on bourgeois cuisine, local.
From fresh quality products preferably from local producers, the cuisine is homemade, a real artisanal production, taking into account the seasons.

Wistub Brenner

Ideal for a simple tête-à-tête or a convivial meal with family or friends, the restaurant room, with its warm atmosphere and woody decor, offers 30 seats.

When the warm weather returns, the terrace welcomes guests wishing to enjoy their meal in the open air before transforming into a magnificent, comfortable chalet with carpet and heating as the end of the year celebrations approach.

Chef Jean-Yves Schillinger invites you to share a unique gastronomic experience through cuisine in his image, free and sincere. the cosmopolitan menu combines local products with flavors from around the world.

Le Bistrot des Copains

It is at the foot of Colmar Cathedral that gourmets and gourmets can discover the Bistrot des Copains with its rustic and modern setting.

In this elegant bistro, they will be able to appreciate a warm atmosphere and attentive service.

Behind his stoves, the Chef cooks up small dishes that rediscover all the flavors of the French terroir in generous plates. A terrace is available to enjoy meals outside on sunny days.

World Jewish Travel was thrilled at #IMTM 2024 to present a copy of the WJT Jewish Silk Road Pressbook to the CEO of the Azerbaijan National Tourism Board Florian Sengstschmid and Jamilya Talibzade its Israeli representative Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB).

The Pressbook celebrates the one year anniversary of the Jewish Silk Road Portal launch, an amazing example of using Jewish travel as a means of cultural diplomacy, whilst highlighting the significant Jewish contribution to the ancient trade route. Kudos to our participating partners from the Kiriaty Foundation (Turkey), National Board of Tourism of #Georgia, National Board of Tourism of #Uzbekistan, and Israeli Embassy of #India.
